Legal

Our vision is to protect Enity Bank Group, while enabling other teams to achieve their business objectives in a lawful manner.

The legal team is responsible for giving legal advice in different internal projects, review different types of commercial agreements, such as partner, IT and marketing agreements. We also give advice regarding credit granting, pledges, marketing, and insolvency. In addition, the team works with questions related to GDPR, corporate governance, outsourcing and funding.

Anti Financial Crime Unit

Our vision is to prevent that Enity Bank Group are being used for illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. This is done while also helping other teams achieve their business objectives.

The team belongs to the first line of defence and are responsible for various important tasks such as transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer – Customer Due Diligence, advising and training other teams within Enity Bank Group in all aspects of Financial Crime Prevention.
