About the role
As Head of IR & ESG at Enity Bank Group, you will have a shared responsibility for two critical functions at our bank, listed on Nasdaq:
Investor Relations (IR): Ensure transparent, compliant, and proactive communication with investors, analysts, and financial media.
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG): Develop, implement and report on our ESG strategy and execution in line with evolving regulatory and market requirements.
You will be a part of CFO Office management team and report to the Chief Financial Officer. This is a hands-on role combining stakeholder communication and engagement, with strategic planning and regulatory expertise.
Professional experience
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including at least 5 years in an IR leadership role at a publicly‑listed company (preferably in financial services or banking).
- Deep knowledge of Nasdaq Stockholm rules and regulations as a listed company including MAR.
- Proven track record in financial communication, managing stakeholder expectations, analyst engagement and investor targeting.
- Understanding of banking regulation (CRR/CRD, Basel III/IV, capital adequacy, liquidity requirements) is meriting, but not a formal requirement.
- Hands-on experience with ESG reporting frameworks: EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD, TCFD or equivalent.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in both Swedish and English; able to craft clear, compelling Investor and sustainability narratives towards important target groups.
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex financial and ESG data into concise messages.
- Established network within Nordic capital markets and experience from investor roadshows, capital market days and ESG events.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration coupled with acquired knowledge of Sustainability related topics.
