About the role
We are looking for an experienced Non-Financial Risk Lead to join our second-line risk function. At Enity Bank Group we view the Risk function as a business enabler rather than just a control function. We aim to leverage it to drive strategic success while maintaining resilience. This newly established role will be responsible for the non-financial risks within Enity Bank Group. This includes identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization, ensuring that effective controls and mitigation strategies are in place. You will work closely with various departments to support, enhance risk awareness and provide guidance on risk-related matters.
You will also perform controls of the business units and report them to Senior Management. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and refinement of the risk management framework, ensuring a proactive and structured approach to operational risk oversight. In this role you’ll have the chance to make a real impact by increasing the effectiveness of risk management to further support business growth, profitability and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Oversight & Monitoring: Independently assess and monitor risk exposures across business units, ensuring that the first line’s risk management practices are robust and effective
Risk Assessment & Reporting: Develop and refine risk assessment methods and prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and relevant committees
Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies by continuously reviewing risk frameworks, practices and emerging risk trends
Collaboration & Advisory: Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations that balance risk mitigation with strategic business objectives
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance risk management processes and contribute to the development of innovative risk control measures and best practices
Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit to ensure a coordinated and effective risk management approach
About you
Relevant education
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on second line risk functions
Proven analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements and risk management best practices
You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English

Proactive and curious, with a strong ability to take initiatives
Committed, with capacity to take own decisions and to independent drive the work forward
Skilled at building strong relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
