About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer with a few years of working experience who wants to build, ship, and learn fast.

You'll join a team working on a B2C product in banking – where trust, clarity, and usability really matter. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and a senior designer to explore ideas, prototype quickly, and turn them into real products.

What you'll do

• Design and iterate on real product problems – not just concepts

• Work side-by-side with developers to ship continuously

• Prototype, test, and refine ideas quickly and iteratively (often before everything is fully defined)

• Help shape requirements as you design, rather than waiting for a full spec

• Use AI tools for design and vibe coding (Figma AI, Lovable, Claude) to move faster from idea to working product

• Learn how product decisions connect to user value and business impact

About you

We think you might be a good fit if you

• Have a few years of working experience

• Have the ability to be hands on with details at the same time as you have an eye on the strategy and long-term roadmap

• Want to be involved from early concept to working product - not just the design layer

• Are data driven and customer centric in your decisions

• Enjoy prototyping in code, or are curious to learn

• Are drawn to complex problems where details matter (finance, healthcare, logistics, etc.)

• Are curious about how things work (tech, product, users)

• Are comfortable working in an iterative, sometimes messy environment

• Experience working closely with developers

• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

Bonus

• Experience in fintech or other complex domains

• Side projects, experiments, or things you've built on your own

For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at 45 000 SEK. However, we recognize that experience and unique expertise matter, so there is flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate.
