About the role
As a Collection Officer at Enity Bank Group, you will be part of our Nordic Pre-Collection team, supporting customers with overdue payments.
In this role, you will proactively engage with customers, understand their individual circumstances, and work together to find sustainable payment solutions. Through empathetic and solution-oriented conversations, you will help customers overcome temporary financial difficulties while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
Support customers experiencing temporary financial difficulties by identifying suitable repayment solutions before cases are escalated.
Build positive customer relationships through professional, empathetic, and solution-focused communication.
Maintain high standards of compliance, data protection, and quality in all customer interactions.
Handle administrative tasks related to estates, debt settlements, incoming correspondence, and targeted customer campaigns.
Monitor repayment arrangements and follow up on agreed commitments.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Enity's operational teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Pre-Collection function.
Who are you?
Fluent in Finnish and Swedish, both written and spoken. English is considered an advantage.
A strong communicator with an empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable handling challenging customer conversations in a professional and respectful manner.
Capable of balancing a customer-centric approach with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and guidelines.
Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable in your work.
Previous experience in Collection is an advantage.

For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at SEK 32.000. However, we recognize that experience and unique expertise matter, so there is flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate.
